Allow your pet to bring out his/her inner warrior, raise a dragon or two or even *gasp* dye their hair green! All of this is possible with this weeks update, you just have to use your imagination!
You will notice something new located on the right hand side of your game this week. Easy access to everything Mystery Box/Egg related! This means you can buy, open and easily manage all of your Mystery items in one place, without ever having to leave the house or having to search through page after page. (Includes Mystery Box, Cheap Mystery Box, Expensive Mystery Box, Mystery Bento Box, Mystery Ristorante Box, French Patisserie Mystery Box, Revival Mystery Box, Win Or Lose Box, Build-a-Plushie Mystery Egg (read below for more information on this exciting new addition!), Of course it is totally up to you whether you want to use it or not, you can still buy and open Mystery items the old fashion way too. Check it out! Oh, and make sure you look at this new flow for Mystery Boxes as if you buy more than 1, you get a discount when using this new feature! By the way, this discount also applies to when you buy shovels. Don´t miss out!

There’s been a slight change in the way the limited items are released that I hope will make you all happy! Instead of there being a limited quantity, Limited items will now be available for one day only! This will allow users of all timezones to get the item, which means no more setting your alarm in the middle of the night, or rushing on your lunch break to ensure you get your copy.
This week we have two Limited items. The Pink Heart Wand will only be available on Tuesday 10th August all day, and the Black Jubble Ring will only be available on Wednesday 11th August all day. So make sure you sign on those days to ensure you get yours! They will only be available for 24 hours.

Dear PS, you might not want to make the Limited Boutique items one day only because then people without cc, who rely on other’s to help them buy possibly wont be able to get them. You might want to keep those items in the shop for a day or too. However, it’s very good news for the limited items that are non cc because those are the ones that were typically selling out quickly and getting the server bogged down.

I have a suggestion.Pet So. why not make dialog box stickers?It’ll be a great hit! and for 1000 pet so.coins only please…we can use these to bring plushies to life etc. etc.It’s ok if you don’t like it I just thought that so no one will have 2 edit pics to put dialog boxes on them..and pls make sure dat we can type anything on it and buy as much as we want…..Thank You…=)

at first i was a bit disappointed to learn that the deep sea digging site would be CC. but then i saw that the 5 free shovels are free even with the new digging site – so i was really happy! we can’t buy new shovels, but at least we have 5 chances of getting something from there. it’s amazing! for me it is great because i rarely buy shovels even when they cost only coins (i’m not PS rich so most of the time i get more than 5 shovels only when i’m able to claim shovels from a friend). and i love the non pink stuff this week, specially the green wig. i wish there were a green wig for boys too, but that’s okay. thanx playfish!

i think this is unfair. why making a digging place buyable with playcash? you guys only think with $$$ in the brain?! digging is supposed to be a place where we able to get cool / free items and do it when we have nothig else to do.
other thing, i’m fed up with the limited edition items when it’s not even enough quantity for most people. before petsociety would have all the new items at midnight my time – same as uk. now i have to wait till 2am or 3am and most times i’m not up for it cos i’m tired so basically the snowball of the couple i couldn’t even purchase cos next day when i go there it’s ALREADY sold out … how is this fair? …
and i’m sure with the 5 free shovels i will only dig nothing or tell me ‘try again’ and then nvr get item unless it give me item right away cos if it doesn’t then it’s rly bullshit that all i can say.

Great update this week, PF. Well done. First of all I just love the fact that we can track the Mystery and Food Boxes and such. It was getting tedious scrolling through my entire inventory to try and see what I had and keeping track otherwise. Second, the change in the limited edition method will probably be for the better. I know I’ve missed a few that I would have actually wanted simply because I didn’t log on that night. New digging, fantasy theme, new collectibles – what more can you ask for?

Blah.. I tried my hand at Build-A-Plushie about 4 times (each time buying 3 + 1 free) every single time I get the same crap over and over. I have yet to get ONE bear. I think the luckiness of this particular egg is aggravating to say the least considering they cost SO SO MUCH in coins. I think these eggs should have been half the cost than they are right now since it’s harder than life to find ONE bear.
Aside from that, I’ve tried my hand at the Ocean dig. You guys are clever, you made the dig much more harder to “get lucky” than the other digs thus making the player buy more shovels in serious attempt to find anything that ISN’T the aquarium parts. Which, BTW I have built 3 in my attempts and can’t gift any of them to save my life. Playfish, I seriously think you should change these CC, Hideeni & collaborative gifting rules. They’re asinine. I missed the Briar Rose Fountain collaborative because my internet was shut off and now none of my friends can give me one to save their lives. It really disappointed me. If you put in the effort and time to build these items, you should be able to gift them to people who didn’t have the chance. Same applies to CC items, & Hideeni crap. Or at least LEAVE the collaboratives in the shop to buy with CC for at least a month once the “free build” trial is over. Makes sense right? Everybody wins!
I am very glad you changed the Limited Edition items rule. It not only gives ppl the chance to buy but also gives them a chance to earn coins for the most-of-the-time insanely pricey items, which brings up a coin issue for me. Why are the coins so crappy? It starts out at 50 drops to 25 drops again to 15. Why is that? If it is US who put effort into visiting our neighbors daily why are we being punished by halving the coins every 15 friends you visit? None of the items are limited, and they’re pricey for us who cannot afford them all at one time. So why not make the 50 coin friend visits accountable to ALL friends? Regardless of how many friends we add.. that’s our business and our efforts! (remember, you make us pay for extra shovels and that adds up too.. it’s just all too much for what we’re NOT making. It’s a game, not real life.. I’ve come to terms of being poor in real life.. I hate being poor in a virtual one.) Another suggestion is giving us coin bonuses when a friend visits us. It would be like a 25 coin bonus for every friend that visits you everyday.. I think that’s very fair and everybody wins! Ahhhh I may be dreaming of something that will never happen. At least I can try.
All in all.. the Fantasy week is something I’m impatiently waiting for. I want a dragon petling so bad. I missed out on the Pegasus (my luck..) You guys should bring it back out since it’s a Fantasy creature as well. How about a Unicorn too? (more wishful thinking)

I love the new fantasy items!
But Dear Pet Society:
PLEASE do NOT put key items for the new outfits in the mystery boxes!!! In this case, the tiara and bracelet!!! For those of us who want the *complete* outfit, it is a HUGE PAIN buying loads of boxes and STILL NOT FINDING THOSE ITEMS. Instead, we mostly get a lot of junk. SO PLEASE, in the future, or feel free to amend this now, make such vital items for a new outfit readily available in the clothing shop, instead of making us buy a ton of boxes with no luck. I am WASTING coins on this. I am happy with the change made to limited items, but this new change to what used to be readily available items for the outfits is NOT COOL.

I’ve been trying to get some playfish cash with coins, but there is no selection for that……. I’m really mad at the moment! The Jubble-rings have ALREADY turned into PFC-items (it’s Friday now, they’ve been only in stores since Monday so not even a full week like normal!)
I had a tremendous busy week and just went into the store to buy mine and now they’re PF-Cash items!!! I just found out on the forum that this was predicted to happen on Monday (which is just fine as they would have been a week in stores like usual)
Many people are really upset by this!!!

Build-A-Plushie cost me a bundle. Finally I got everything including the pink bunny. I was so proud and arranged everything in my scene. About three hours later I went back to admire my pink bunny and it was gone! I have written PS several times asking for a pink bunny but received no response. Additionally, about 90% of the clothing for the Plushies do not cling to them. Of my 82 friends I find only one who has a pink bunny. I assume from this that many of us are having the same problem. Please help. Thanks!
